Payment Information
Coastal ObGyn Specialists
Regular & Railroad - Medicare
Patients are responsible for the 20% that Medicare does not cover, if they do
not have a supplemental policy. They are also responsible for the $100
deductible at the beginning of each new year. Please be prepared to cover
these expenses if necessary. Thank you.

Health Option and Blue Choice patients that have a primary care physician
with their plan must receive authorization to receive "maternity" care with our
office. Those patients that are coming for regular/routine check ups do not
need authorization. If you are coming to us for a problem visit, you need to
check with your primary care physician to obtain the authorization for the visit.

Military & Prime - Tricare/Champus
Tricare Prime patients need to obtain authorization from their primary care
physician to see us for any problem as well as maternity care. Routine care
visits should also be cleared through your primary care physician. Thank you.
Indemnity - CIGNA
All other Cigna plans are considered out-of-network. Patients with
non-indemnity plans will have the out- of-network expenses.
All Plans - GHI
GHI patients need to be sure of where they can go for out side testing
(bloodwork, radiologic imaging, etc.). Radiology Imaging Associates does
accept GHI.
